A note on returns.

Every piece we sell is handmade, one at a time. Here's how we handle returns, exchanges, and the rare occasion something doesn't arrive quite right.

On handcraft

Each piece is made by hand.

Studio 3311 jewelry is crafted by a small group of skilled artisans in India. Because the work is done entirely by hand, every piece is a little different: the way a stone catches the light, the grain of a pearl, the tiny adjustments a setting needs to sit well. Two pieces of the same design will never be identical, and natural stones and pearls will always vary from one to the next. That variation is part of the craft, not a flaw in it.

Every order passes a hand inspection before it leaves us.

Our policy

All sales are final.

Once an order is placed, it's considered final. We aren't able to offer returns or refunds on pieces that have been delivered as ordered.

We know this asks something of you. In return, we try to be as honest as possible before you buy: real photographs on every product page, careful notes on materials and measurements, and a real person (Namrata) at the other end of the inbox if there's anything you'd like to know about a piece before you decide.

When we'll make it right

If something goes wrong on our end.

We shipped the wrong piece

If an order arrives with the wrong item inside, email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@studio3311.com. Post the item back to us unworn, in its original packaging, with all tags intact and unaltered, and we'll send you the correct piece. We'll cover return shipping — it was our mistake to fix.

Items returned with signs of wear, missing tags, or missing original packaging can't be processed as exchanges, and will be sent back to you.

A piece arrived damaged in shipping

Shipping damage is rare, but it does happen. If a piece arrives visibly damaged — a broken stone, a bent setting, anything that isn't the way we sent it — email us within 48 hours with photos of the piece and the outer packaging. We handle these one at a time, and we'll work with you to find the right fix.
